Initially Richard worked in I.T in mainframe development where he gained industry sector experience in Government, Telco, Banking & Finance and Retail.
For the last 30 years Richard has specialised in Recruitment and Resourcing. He has extensive experience of working for large recruitment organisations operating up to Board Level. He has managed large numbers of recruitment professionals whilst always keeping a hands-on approach.
He has experience recruiting across a broad range of technologies and skills but has always had a particular focus on high-end Programme Director, Programme Manager and Project Manager roles. Coupled with this Richard also has a deep understanding of Testing and QA including Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing and Test Automation.”
